Welcome to the home site of the Oxford Branch of the British Horological Institute (BHI). The British Horological Institute was founded in 1858 and is the national organisation which sets standards for training and regulates the profession by grades of qualification. The branch has been reformed and held its first meeting in February 2008. Branch meets are at the Foxcombe Lodge Hotel, Boars Hill near Oxford, on the forth Tuesday of each month.
